Fees
Browsing the listings on this Site is free. In order to list a property or contact someone who has listed a property, we require that you open an account. BrownGround charges account fees in accordance with the fees schedule listed elsewhere on this Site. Our fee schedule may change from time to time and without prior notice. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees in a timely manner and with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms, including charging other payment methods on file with us, and retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.
All transactions with BrownGround are final. Under no circumstances will fees be refunded, including where we remove or limit a user’s right to access or use this Site or remove a user’s Content from the Site because of a violation or attempted violation of this Agreement. The listing fees entitle the user making the listing only the opportunity to list such property for sale on this Site and nothing more. BrownGround makes no guarantees, representations or warranties regarding the final outcome of any listing, including, but not limited to, the amount of time it may take to sell any property listed on the Site or that such property will be sold at all.
Content
You understand that all postings, text, files, images, photos, or other materials ("Content") posted on the Site are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.
